Love the fact that the place had two attendents who not only brush washed the sides of my car as it was going into the automatic car wash to ensure it got clean but also took my payment so I didn't have to figure out how to use an automatic pay machine. My car came out absolutely spotless and the price was very fair.
It needs to be updated and better maintained. I feel like it is a missed opportunity for Concord.
When they send me through the carwash - nothing happens. I mean the conveyer pushes me along, but nothing else. Just dry, dead brushes dragging across my car. I expected someone to be at the exit to tell me to circle back around, there wasnt. So I drove back to the entrance, walk up and they say they'll just give me a credit for another time. I say no, I'll just take the refund, but then I though.. ask about the tire shine..
So, i did. "why have I taken 2 cars for $21 car washes today and neither got the tire shine like the car in front of me." At first the guy literally acting like he had no idea what i was saying. Finally, i said, "my car wash is supposed to include a tire shine, it did not. the car in front of me got one. why?"
Personal service, automated soft touch brush wash. Cleans the car great! Fast!
Haven't been here in a long Time but they use Very old Wash Equipment that Cleans my Car Very Well.
His response is literally, "well, she tipped." I then tell him, yea, I tipped you you as well. He tells me, "she tipped $5, you only tipped $3, so she got her tires shined."
I enjoy keeping my cars clean, and upgrading to the top car wash is an easy expense for me to justify. I've been here many times, since I'm local, have never really loved it..
Terrible
Today, however, I took both my cars through. I noticed on my 2nd trip that the car in front of me was getting their tires sprayed down with tire shine. Even though I had bought the $21 wash for both cars and neither got it, I just thought, oh well..
... and that is how you lose a customer. I can just as easily go to the much more modern, cleaner and less expensive acton carwash, so I will.
