She helped me with obtaining the right amount of documentation so that the quote wend down 30% from the original one. She also prepared massive amount of paperwork for the RMV office and supplied me with great deal of advice and video materials. As a result I had both of my cars registered and drivers license obtained in the RMV office with just one (and flawless) try (in my whole past life I always had to do multiple, painful, torturing DMV visits - not this time!).
