This establishment permanently damaged a very expensive silk duvet and denied responsibility. They said "What do you want? You want it to look new?" They then had the gall to claim that it was probably like that (damaged) when i brought it in for cleaning, and then, they denied that there was any damage at all, even after they offered to press it a second time (which they did). the result was more damage! Every time I see the bed made, it is, yet again, upsetting. I am told that the damage seems to be a result of improper pressing of silk fabric. If you have items that you value, bring them to a reputable cleaner that stands behind their work.
