Love this studio! Maria is a spiritual leader dancing her way through life. Dance Lab is the perfect class for me, allowing freedom of movement, no steps to follow or rhythm to keep, which is important to me, as I am tone deaf. I am free to move any way I like, with no fear of judgment. The yoga classes are in a class of their own with yogis like John Calabria who always has a story to share, and a song to sing. Unique offerings too, with Stretch & Energy and Ageless Grace. Yoga & Nia for Life is a special place.
