I've been coming to Concord Lumber for close to 5 years and have finally really started enjoying shopping here. The staffing has improved significantly over the past year and they have a great crew in there now. Really like the adjusted layout inside too. Love having the paint supplies near the front now!
After spending close to $1,000 in building materials I was treated as if I was a child. Guys in the warehouse ignored me when asked for help and then proceeded to yell at me as I was leaving. I will never come back to this store some of the most childish behavior I've ever come across. Nevermind that they didn't even give me the correct materials.
Poor service. Employee - owners acting like children behind the counter. It was worse than going to a big box store.
I've been ordering a few times a year from Concord Lumber for a few years now. They are my go to. They are knowledgeable and helpful over the phone, have reasonable prices, and cheap, fast, reliable delivery in my area. Incredibly useful for someone who doesn't own a truck - a real time saver, let's me spend more time doing my projects rather than shopping.
